DHS purchased a roughly 470,000-square-foot warehouse in Roxbury Township, New Jersey, on February 20, 2026. The township council unanimously passed a resolution opposing the facility, and New Jersey filed suit alongside the township. The property was owned by Dalfen Industrial, which removed online listings after public pressure. Dalfen later stated its options were to sell or face seizure through eminent domain.
