ICE abandoned plans for a warehouse detention site in the Shakopee area after fierce community opposition, according to Minnesota Rep. Brad Tabke. A separate Woodbury, Minnesota, site was also withdrawn by its owner. Both Minnesota locations appear on Wikipedia's list of warehouse expansion sites that did not move forward.
